Abraham: What Are the Healthiest Things We Can Do?
Abraham is the energy that speaks through channel Esther Hicks. Most of what they (Abraham identifies itself as a group consciousness) say revolves around the idea of creating your own reality, or the law of attraction. Whether this kind of method appeals to you or not, it’s hard to argue with the health information in the following video!
In this short clip from a seminar, Abraham suggests three healthy things we can do for our bodies. They are fairly simply, and it’s very likely you’ve heard them before. However, they are worth repeating as even when we know things, we often don’t put them into practice.
The 3 things are:
1. Drink lots of water.
2. Move around more -not extreme exercise, but just motion, such as walking.
3. Sleep as naturally as possible. Abraham says it’s better to rest more often in shorter increments rather than, say, 8 hours at a time.
